The 20 Old Bailey refurbishment offers over 240,000 sq ft of prime commercial office space in the heart of the City of London, with views over the iconic Old Bailey Central Criminal Court. The renovation involved a complete internal and external renovation, presenting a contemporary minimalist facade and internal design.

Working in partnership with Chiltern Contracts, we sourced a specific type of lavastone  for the ground floor communal areas of the building, including a combination of special finishes to suit the interior design requirements.
