Working in close collaboration with the project’s architects at Simpson Haugh, we sourced and helped develop a pallet of natural stone and complimentary porcelain materials for the main entrance foyer, upper and lower ground communal areas, lift lobbies and roof terrace.

‘Irish Fossil Limestone’ was chosen to for the entrance reception and remaining communal floors within the building – a stone characterised by its rich white fossils of ancient crustacea. A ‘flamed’ finish was selected for the areas around the main entrance to ensure maximum anti-slip properties, for visitors entering the building from rain wet streets.

For the roof terrace, a lighter weight porcelain was used – installed onto pedestals to minimise weight and to provide flexible maintenance access to the roof structure underneath.
