Upcycling : From Water Bottle to Finished Slab

The stages of production :

STAGE 1./ Glass mineral water bottles are prepared for recycling and placed in the hopper ready for breaking into specially sized flakes

STAGE 2./ The flakes are transferred to the large 3m+ long trays that will form the shape of the slab

STAGE 3./ The trays are transferred to the crystallising ovens

STAGE 4./ The baked slabs are removed from the oven and allowed to cool

STAGE 5./ Once cooled, the slab achieves its wonderful deep colour, and the crystallisation process is complete
